Go to the collections page, select the ID you want to buy and edit one at a time with your event information and save. After editing and saving all the files of the chosen collection, the download will start automatically and you will also receive a link via email to download the pieces.

Yes, it is possible to adjust the text after saving the file, however, the additional amount for opening and editing each editable file already saved is R$100.00 and will be done by our team, just send an email to the contact @andmedesign.com
We recommend that you edit files carefully to avoid errors in the text and, consequently, unnecessary expenses.
Unfortunately the editable collections are not available for adaptations, in this case we recommend the custom design, just get in touch with us and we will create a very beautiful ID according to your taste and theme of the event.
Of course, just send an email to contato@andmedesign.com with your needs and we’ll let you know what it’s and isn’t possible for us to do (99% of the time, it’s possible!).
We regret to inform you but unfortunately we cannot. Due to infringement of copyright and intellectual property rights, we cannot copy an existing project created by another studio. We can, of course, use images as inspiration for a custom design, but if it’s a direct recreation you want, we recommend that you contact the designer who created the original design.
We recommend that you contact at least 8 months in advance of the event date so that the pieces are ready to be sent to guests within the desired deadlines (generally save the date is sent 6 months in advance and invitation 3 months in advance to Date of the event). We’re a small studio with a pretty high demand, so the longer you go ahead, the better! However, we will always try to accommodate projects on tight deadlines! Please note that an urgency fee may be added to your order if the creation timeframe is too short, but we will always give you advance notice.
Due to high demand, we only deliver digital files, we do not print the stationery, however, the files are sent to our customers in the right format for printing, just send the file to the printer of your choice.
The pieces that are printed (invitations, menu, souvenir tag, among others), you will receive in PDF format. The monogram and save the date virtual will receive in PNG or JPG format.
For editable collections, payment is made via Paypal at the time of purchase and, for Custom Design, payment is made 50% upon signing the contract and 50% upon final delivery of the pieces.
As the project we develop is 100% customized (Custom Design) and after purchasing and editing the editable collections, the items are non-refundable. In the case of editable items, it is your responsibility to ensure that the text / spelling of your material matches your requirements, as after saving the file it will no longer be possible to edit it. If errors are discovered after your file is saved, an additional R$100.00 will be charged for opening each file to be adjusted.
Yes sure! On the website we have available the Portuguese and English versions of the editable parts and upon purchase the currency conversion is automatic. The files can be downloaded from anywhere in the world.
